I realize that this isn’t going to be of much help to most of the members here but I have a Dimage Scan Multi Pro. When purchased new, the customer had the option to purchase a KMBS printer with the MS, and the optional printers where the MSPL a compact, low volume, letter size printer and the MSP a large, high volume printer with a paper tray and a center tray that could hold letter, legal or ledger size paper.
The Device Manager Driver tab reports: I took it to the local Apple dealers today, used a Firewire to firewire cable from the scanner – then into the iMac via a Firewire to Thunderbolt connector. I think the only option is to roll back to Windows Windos.

Hello Ian Thanks for your answer even it’s not the full hope! Okay, so I tried to get the scanner working by modifying the inf file, provided on page winddows of this thread. This morning I did try stopping and disabling the WIA service to see if the Twain driver would work after that, but no joy unfortunately.
Konica Minolta Driver date: The result is that the scanner now shows up under a new node in Device Manager called Imaging devices, and has two driver files linked windpws it.

I tried with a USB to Firewire and it didn’t work. A huge mistake on MS’s part, by not allowing desktop users the option of switching to a start menu. Do you know a converter usb or firewire to windowws which can allow me to use my scan from my iMac? Minolta MS machine repairs.
To the best of my knowledge twain is a thing of the past and not supported in Windows 7. I thought it was faulty. This model has been obsolete since September of and there are no parts available.
You can get a hotfix for this problem from Microsoft at Microsoft Hotfix ” I also notice that he commented on the cable that came with the Minolta II causing some problems with newer computers. Silverfast is actually running, but with a couple bugs with SF 6. It was instant, it was hassle free and it was seamless.
